We are a leading integrated mining services company for more than 20 years. For supporting our expansion, we urgently require qualified, professional, and highly motivated candidates to join us for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Manage, recruit and control human resource and recruitment process
Requirements:
Possess a diploma or bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
At least four (4) years experience in labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, public relations preferably in mining haul road construction
High level communication, negotiation, influencing and change management skills
Good PC Skills and computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)
