We are the sole distributor for products Building Materials & Equipment Household requires professional workforce to join as :
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all operational company activities
Understand and be able to run a disciplined organization based on Standard Operating Procedures
Develop sales strategies and coordinate the sales team to achieve sales target
Costing, Cashflow Controller (forecast & realization) and Budget control procedures
Communicate all appropriate policies that apply to all subordinates
Requirements:
Male, maximum 35 years old
Minimum education Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree, any field
Experience at least 5 years in the related position
Have technical and mechanical knowledge (preferrable)
Self motivated, Excellence in Communication Verbal and presentation skill
Able to make Strategic planning dan Action Plan
Competencies : Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Decision Making
Understand Business Processing Map to run company branch
Would be placed in Samarinda
